Handling Time
- Please allow 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

These items are in stock at our Sydney warehouse, available for nest-day pickup.
When shipped, delivery times are:

These Hanfu items may require additional production time or need to be transferred from another warehouse, with an estimated delivery time of 10–20 business days.
- Most orders are shipped via Australia Post, Sendle, PFL Logistics, and Couriers Please.
In-store Pickup
An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Orders placed before 5 PM are generally prepared and ready for collection the next day (excluding public holidays). Once you receive the pickup confirmation email, you can collect your order from our warehouse.
